Gillnet openings set
The Columbia River Compact on Tuesday set several openings for commercial fisherman.
The openings in Zone 1-3, upstrea.m. to the Longview Bridge, are:
--7 a.m. - 7 p.m. Oct. 29
The openings in Zone 4-5, upstream. of Longview, are:
--7 p.m. Oct. 23 through 7 a.m. Oct. 24
--7 p.m. Oct. 26 through 7 a.m. Oct. 27
--7 p.m. Oct. 28 7 a.m. Wednesday Oct. 29, and
--7 p.m. Oct. 30 through 7 a.m. Oct. 31
Allowable sales are salmon and white sturgeon.
