INLET STRUCTURE AND CHANNEL

Wahkiakum Conservation District will be receiving bids for this project. The bidding process will take place at the Cowlitz Conservation District. Sealed bids will be received until 4:30 PM November 20th 2008 at 2125 8th Ave, Longview WA 98632. E-mail submittal by PDF files will be accepted at ccdadmin@teamelect.com.
The work is located approximately two miles north of Skamokawa, WA and consists of construction of cast in place concrete water control structure and channel excavation. Major items of work include 525 cubic yards of Structural Excavation Class A, 202 cubic yards of Reinforced Concrete in place, installation of fabricated slide gate, installation of 1500 linear feet of Timber Piling, sheet pile for temporary cofferdam, and dewatering. This work is a state prevailing wage project.
A pre-bid site visit will be held at 2:30 PM November 13. Attendees should meet at 16 Fairgrounds Rd, Skamokawa, WA
